The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sri Baldeo P.G. College, Varanasi works as the central body for planning, implementing and sustaining quality initiatives in all academic and administrative activities of the institution. It strives to promote a culture of continuous improvement in teaching–learning, research, student support and governance in line with NAAC quality benchmarks.

It  coordinates the formulation of perspective plans, prepares and monitors academic calendars, and strengthens the teaching–learning process through regular review of curricula, innovative pedagogical practices and systematic feedback . It facilitates organization of seminars, workshops and extension activities, encourages research and publications among faculty and students, and promotes the use of ICT and other learner-centric methods in classrooms. The Cell also oversees internal academic and administrative audits, documentation of all quality-related activities, and preparation of reports required for accreditation and compliance, thereby ensuring transparency and accountability in institutional functioning.
